Meet James

Get to know your videographer and next best friend

Hey there! I’m James.

Nice to meet you!

Avid explorer. Dunkin’s fan. Bostonian at heart.

People remember things the best when they’re told in a story. Your first day of school, the time you played in your first big game, the moment you met the love of your life—these memories stick because they’re wrapped in emotion, detail, and meaning.

My mission? To tell your love story in the most memorable way. To capture the spark between to two of you, the laughter you share, and the milestones that shape your journey together. Because your love story isn’t just a series of events—it’s a masterpiece waiting to be told, a tale that deserves to be remembered and cherished for a lifetime.

My Story

In high school, I loved watching Peter McKinnon, a Toronto-based photographer and filmmaker’s, Youtube channel. His videos inspired me to purchase a camera to tell captivating stories like his. For the first two years of my career, I was a wedding photographer but soon realized that the power of video: the music, foley, and sound effects, was where my heart was. I felt that I could create better stories with sound and video. I’ve gotten to work with amazing clients, wedding vendors, and travel across the country doing the thing I love. I seriously couldn’t ask for a better job. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a business in college and I’ve been a wedding videographer ever since.

My Mission

I strive to create films that tells your unique story: the special bond you have with your partner, the way you two smile at each other, and the inside jokes you have are unlike any other couple. My candid and cinematic style blends elevated imagery with your heartfelt vows and reception speeches.

There’s something so special about being able to revisit, replay, and relive the memories from your wedding. I am ecstatic when my couples tell me watching their videos make them cry tears of joy. Watching their film helped them to remember details they had forgotten during the busy day. I’m on a mission to ensure my couples not only love their film but cherish it for the years to come.

Behind the Lens

When I’m not filming, you can find me...

I’m on a mission to visit all 50 states. One day, I plan to rent an RV and go on a cross country road trip; following the map from the Genius Files, one of my favorite childhood book series. Currently, I’ve been to 12 and counting!

Traveling the country

Airplane seat back with tray table and personal items underneath, including a backpack and legs wearing brown pants.

I’m currently in the binge watching 9-1-1 and The Rookie (at the same time). My favorite show of all time being Designated Survivor. I tend to eat something whenever I’m on my binge streak - mint chocolate chip ice cream is a go to.

Binging a TV show

I’ve been trying different meal kit subscriptions (Hello Fresh, Factor, EveryPlate) which allows me to have the ingredients without leaving home. A new favorite dish is lemon & sausage risotto.

Trying new recipes

Bowl of risotto with grated cheese and herbs on top, accompanied by a glass of milk and a wooden container on a table.
A plate of mashed potatoes with green onions, roasted carrots, and a breaded chicken dish on a white table.

Now you know my story. What’s yours?
